Drugs of abuse panel (Qualitative) to screen for Nine (9) targeted illicit and prescription drugs and their metabolites at the minimum cutoff sensitivity levels established by the National Institute on Drug Abuse, World Health Organization (WHO) and SAMHSA. Urine based screening tests for drugs of abuse range from simple immunoassay tests to complex analytical procedures.

The serum or plasma concentration of a drug is measured as guide to individualization of therapy. Additionally, the problem of noncompliance with prescribed medications during continuing therapy, particularly in the pain management field, is an elusive cause of therapeutic failure.

Drug Abuse Panel 9, Serum Test includes and screening cutoff concentrations:
Amphetamines: 500 ng/mL
Barbiturates: 200 ng/mL
Benzodiazepines: 100 ng/mL
