Why should I take a membership?

  • FC (FAMILY CARD) is a discount card that provides a discount for healthcare needs to its members at our clinics across the country. Through this discount, members of FC can save a substantial amount of money during their regular, periodic, and one-off health checkups.

Also, you should not wait for an illness to happen to use an FC Healthcare Membership Card – you can also use it for checkups, medical advice, medical opinion, dental care, etc. at a lower cost

 

What is the validity of the card?

  • The validity of FC is for 1 Year from the date of activation.

 

What are the modes of payments acceptable?

  • One can pay vide Cheque, Online Bank transfer, at our Clinics, or on our website payment gateway.

 

Who can buy this card?

  • Anyone can buy this card, an Individual, Corporate Employee, SMB, Retail, Government Employee, etc.

Is there any age limit and age cover for the membership of the card?

  • No! There are absolutely no age limits or age cover restrictions for FC Membership. However, a minor member needs to be accompanied by an adult for checkups.

 

How many members in the family can be covered (min and max number of cards)?

  • In a family membership, up to 4 members can be covered. If there are any more persons in the family, additional individual/ couple/ family memberships can be taken.

 

How many cards will I receive for Family and Couple?

  • You will receive one eCard for Family and Couple which will include the name and other details of your family member or your spouse.

What is the time for the delivery of the membership card to the member? What is the process to be followed in case I do not receive the card within the specified time?

Answer- You will receive the FC Healthcare Plan Membership eCard(s) within 2 working days after the realization of your payment on your email address. In the unlikely event that you do not receive the card within this time period, please call up the FC Customer Care Toll-Free Number.

Each time I wish to avail of your services do I need to call the help desk – why do you not provide the list of affiliates and partners? Or if I am regularly visiting one partner/affiliate do I need to re-check each time with you?

Answer-FC constantly reviews the quality of services being offered by impaneled diagnostic centers / medical facilities. In case, FC is not entirely satisfied with the feedback members are giving about a particular doctor/ medical facility, FC may choose to remove the doctor/ medical facility from its network. Also, FC constantly impanels new diagnostic centers / medical facilities to its network, based on understanding member needs. So, it is advisable for you to always call on our Customer Care Toll-Free Number – firstly, you can confirm if the doctor/ medical facility is still part of the FC network; also, you may find that a new doctor/ medical facility has been added who is more suitable for you.

 

What is the procedure for availing the Health Packages and Services at your centers under the Family Card program?

  • One needs to buy the Family Card as per need and then eCard will be issued thereafter. Once eCard or Family Card membership number is generated, a member can avail the health facility at Express Clinics’ nearest location. Once a member visits the nearest clinic, one needs to complete the registration process.

After registration one can avail health facility and every time member visits the center they will receive the OTP on their registered number which they need to provide at Clinic Reception for further procedure.

 

Note: Member needs to carry any Government ID proof to avail of the services at our centers along with the OTP received on registered mobile number.

 

Do you provide reports of tests?

  • We will email you the reports on your registered email address

 

Do we need to come to your center?

  • Yes you have to visit the nearest Centre for completing the Test

What happens after the validity of the FC membership card has expired?

  • Membership benefits of the FC Healthcare Plan are no longer valid once the card validity expires. To ensure uninterrupted benefits, you should renew your membership prior to membership expiry. This can be done by calling up the FC Customer Care Toll-Free Number to seek assistance for membership renewal.

 

What if some diagnostic center/affiliate on the network leaves midway?

  • FC constantly reviews its affiliate network based on member feedback; therefore there is a small possibility that a doctor may be dropped from the FC network from time to time. However, FC will always ensure that a suitable new doctor is added to the network as a replacement so that your needs are taken care of.

 

Can I gift this card to someone?

  • Yes, it is possible for you to gift this card to someone by paying the annual membership fees for the first year. As per your instructions, we can provide the membership eCard(s) either to you or the person you are gifting it to. However, your own FC Healthcare Plan membership eCard is not transferable and cannot be used by anyone else.

 Why the charges are more for Senior Citizens?

  •  Those who have crossed 60 years of age and fall in the senior citizen age segment are more susceptible to health disorders. The probability of having medical issues increase with age and the requirement for availing pathology test also increases as compared to young people.

 

Can I receive a reversal of membership fees if I am not happy?

  • FC is confident that you will not have any reason to be unhappy with the services provided on the FC Healthcare Membership Plans. However, if by chance you have a bad experience or not happy with our service, please call us up and we will look into the matter.
