Terms & Conditions for COVID vaccination in Pune

• Doing vaccinations at Client Locations would need approval from local government authorities like PMC, PCMC.
• We would need a letter from the corporate mentioning that the client would like to do onsite vaccinations for their beneficiaries.
• Express Clinics would provide the letter mentioning we will support vaccinations drive with a copy of MOU.
• After a visit of government officials at the site, they give approval for the CVC code ie.COVID Vaccination Centre / Authorised CVC Code.
• Post which, we can start vaccinations for corporate employees & their dependents.
• Receipt of 100% advance.
• Receipt of letter authorizing express clinics to conduct the vaccinations.

Vaccination Drive Instructions for Beneficiaries

• The beneficiaries must register on the Cowin app.
• Take proper break-fast OR lunch before coming to the vaccination.
• Beneficiaries should bring their Aadhar Card and PAN card with them.
• Please provide your medical history and your current medication.
• If it’s not too much trouble, wear T-shirts/kurtas that can be easily rolled up as the immunization is given on the upper arm
• Wear a proper Mask.
• Follow sanitation and social distance.
