• Swelling of the breasts
• Skin irritation, itching of the breast skin or nipple
• Redness, dimpling and thickening of the nipple or breast skin
• Distortion in the shape of the nipple turning inwards

These are some of te warning signs that should urge you to get checked even if you have the tiniest of suspicion. Regular mammograms are the best step for breast cancer prevention which can help detect cancer at an early stage increasing the probability of successful treatment.

Now after reflecting over the detection of cancer, it is important to ponder upon the unhealthy lifestyle which is the devil in the background of many illnesses nowadays. Sedentary lifestyle, addiction to junk, alcohol, smoking and drugs are the various invitation cards for cancer.
