This combination is used for diabetic neuropathy, peripheral neuropathy and other nerve-related disorders like burning, pain, and numbness in the legs and arms. This may also be used in eye-related disorders such as cataract, glaucoma and damage to retina. This is also used for treatment of vitamin b deficiency.
Some of the side effects due to this combination includes skin rash, weakness, sweating, confusion, irritability, dizziness, fast heart rate, or feeling jittery; or a light-headed feeling.
